We're planning on doing the same move from NT to AIX and were told by IBM
that the ADSM DB is not portable to a different OS.  They recommend using
export and import, but that would be a very long process.  We plan to start
fresh at this point and hold onto our old tapes (DLT, STK9710) until they
expire.

Any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated as this is a pretty major
job that we also thought would be a no-brainer.
