Hi,

Have you done a restore the registry once and didn't reboot the machine?
The OS is very strict on this.  If you don't reboot the machine, any
restore
there after will fail with this error.

Hi ADSM guru's!

I tried to restore the registry to a Windows NT 4.0 SP3 client running
ADSM 3.1.0.6 and got message

ANS1436E Error Occurred replacing the Key

Does anybody know where I can find more information about this error?
What key could not be replaced? Why couldn't it be replaced?

I searched the docu but couldn't find anything special to watch. Do you
have any special tips on what to be careful when restoring the registry?
