There is a major problem with one of the Notes API in Lotus Notes 4.62. The
Lotus Software Problem Report number is
SPR# SAUA3YLRH4. This problem should be fixed in Notes 4.63. Please refer
to John Graham's email for detail.

Hi John,
Here's what I found out about the SPRs

SPR#  SAUA3YLRH4 - NSFProfileOpen hangs when called from within the
call-back
function (NSFPROFILEENUMPROC)

 It has been confirmed by Development that the fix will be available in
46.3.
This update will be available by the end of November.  Lotus can not
provide a
public "fix list" at this time because all the proposed fixes have not been
fully tested.

SPR#  SAUA3LZVEY - The modified date time of a folder will remains
unchanged
even if the folder contents have changed.

This has been flagged as "Enhancement Request" by Development because Notes
is
functioning as designed. You must have a business case to have it as a
higher
priority(Top 40 list). Even then, there is no guarantee that it will be
addressed in the next release.

Thanks for your tip. I have checked out scanlock. But is there any known
problem between Notes Agent and Lotus Notes version 4.6.2, because that is
the version we have on our server?
