It would be helpful if the manual came right out and said that the
user needs to invoke the 'AUDit LICenses' command as a prerequisite
to getting current information.  I just sent email to the starsubs
folks to finally get this historical deficiency corrected, and
requested that they follow ADSM-L to proactively attend to
documentation problems.
