After installing NT client version 3.1.0.6 on a new system, each time the
Scheduler Service is started, I get this error in the dsmerror.log file:
  ANS1838S Error opening user specified options file ''C:\Program Files\IBM\
           baclient\dsm.opt''
Any ideas as to what is causing this error?

I installed the Scheduler Service from the baclient directory using a script
that I have used for previous installations, with 1 exception.  Level
3.1.0.5 installed in c:\win32app\... where as now it uses c:\Program
Files\...  If I use the option files registry key value,
C:\PROGRAM~1\IBM\..., as a the parameter to the dos command type, I see the
desired file.
