BAD FILE adsm.server.rte 3.1.2.0

The ADSM Server file for AIX
/adsm/fixes/v3r1/aixsrv/LATEST.SERVICE/U461515.bff
as obtained from index.storsys.ibm.com is bad.
I get the error "restore: 0511-147 Unpacking file size error. The original
size of ./usr/lpp/adsmserv/bin/dsmserv.42 is 8193388; restored size is
8193389". I tried downloading the /U461515.bff[a-e] files, the check sum
match; but the problem persists.
I even tried the file in /adsm/fixtest/... and it has the same problem.
