I just installed the Solaris 2.6 client at level 3.1.0.6 and found the
following:

1) I cannot get the client to recognize the dsm.opt file. No matter what i
put into the file, the client uses the first stanza of the dsm.sys files as
its parameters. If I use the -servername=xxx option on the dmsc command, it
works okay. Has anyone else seen this behavior, or perhaps my installation
was flawed?

2) I am now hopelessly confused about the meaning of the domain=all-local
parameter. I had been assuming it means to backup all files on filesystems
that are on local disks. No NFS mounted files, whatever the mount point. I
am seeing all sorts of wierd behavior. Sometimes an incremental backup will
backup what I expect, other times it backs up files on another system that
is NFS mounted. Other times it expires those files that were backed up from
an NFS mount. What is going on? How do I stop backing up hundreds of
copies of filesystems across the network. I only need one copy!

HELP!!
