Michael Bartl asked whether there was a way for the WebClient to be
displayed in English rather than the default locale of the NT machine on
which the web browser is running.

Currently the WebClient automatically determines the locale of the machine
on which it is run and displays the interface in that locale.  There is no
option in the WebClient to override this behavior.  Under Windows NT you
could change the regional settings of the operating system to an English
locale.  Development is considering providing locale override capability in
a future revision of the WebClient.
