YES

we have seen this error several times and had an IBM CE replace some parts
of the library, update the microcode etc. If I understood correctly the
problem is also related to bad tape quality. Apparently there are some tape
"ranges" which are more likely to fail than others.

Hi All

My 3570 drive keeps on losing tension. The 3570 brings up an error code
says drive lost tension. Has anyone seen this before.
