The "Delete DBVOL xxxxxx" or "Delete LOGVOL xxxxxxx" is not an "immediate"
command, rather it starts a process of migrating all the data (log/DB) off
the volume you specified & migrates it to other DBVOLS or LOGVOLS defined.
(If other volumes cannot contain the volume you are attempting to clear, it
will inform you and not do it.)  The duration of the command will be related
to how big the volume is and how full it is.  Scary the first time you do
it.  I forget if it all happens in foreground, or starts a background
process.
