Now we don't have CA-1 anymore, we are a RMM.

We donn't have DRM, but we do vaulting with normal Copypools.

1. In ADSM we mark volumes OFFSITE
2. in RMM we mark them to be in other shelf.

Returning to scratch

1. In ADSM Tapecontents are deleted with discard=yes.
2. In ADSM Tapes are set back to REDAWRITE (tape are then deletet by
ADSM and returned
   to scratch.
3. RMM update tapes that they are onsite again.
