Space Reclamaion ignoring volume reuse delay?

Hi,
this morning I discovered that a space reclamation process is using a
freshly reclaimed volume (just 1 hour ago) as output volume. The reuse
delay I defined is 3 days. Is this a known bug? I have ADSM Server
3.1.1.3 for AIX. AIX is 4.2.1
