I have used ADSM together with Informix's onbar before, with Magstar 3570.
The performance is quite good. It really depends on what type of ATL or
autoloader you are using.

The capacity of the ADSM server takes into consideration too.

Has anyone had any experience with the BMC product SQL backtrack and

ONBAR backups?
I'm interested in performance numbers.

We currently use Informix API and ADSM and we are getting approx. 4GB per
tape
drive per hour.
