This isn't a forum for the ADSM elite - if you don't like the question, just
delete it. The forum will degenerate rapidly if everybody has to decide
whether their questions are "worthy" of asking.

I agree Cris,
Its always interesting to get a different point of view regarding ADSM.
Having used it for three years now, there always seem to be other methods of
managing it.
I think we all benefit from these questions.
