We have a large netware server (the one I've been complaining about to
this list, that we couldnt get fully restored) that frequently gets
Login Denied errors when we try to do a restore during the day. The
message indicates a problem with the netware id or password. But if you
retry, it just works. Sometimes. Later in the day, it always works.
Thus, I think that error can be caused by load. We had 4500 concurrent
connections the other day when I was getting the error. The max
connections is 5000 on that machine, and we have no problem logging into it
outside of ADSM. Has anyone else seen that error when it was not a
problem with the id or password or the .pwd file?

Is there something else that needs to be increased? The max connections
still had 500 left so it didnt seem like that was it.
Does a supervisor connection like ADSM take more resources than a user?
Thanks for any thoughts... I don't understand Netware very well.
