Mtlib command - where is documentation ?

Hello ADSMers,

    I have used the mtlib command to mount and dismount volumes, but I am
wondering what other things this command can do.  When I search my AIX man
files, I don't get any results on mtlib.   Where can I find information on
the
mtlib command ?
