If you're using version 2.x of the ADSM client, the program you're looking
for is called dsmcsvci.exe.  The name was changed with version 3.

I still can't find the files dsmcutil*.* in the baclient directory on any
of our NT machines. To uninstall the service I used the dsmcsvci.exe
program.
