got it. it's meaning is different from "for disk" to "for sequential"
volumes. i shall setup highmig 100 lowmig 90 then. still, i would not want
to migrate data when %Util is just 44% for my tape library. my
tape pool is a bit messed up tho'. interesting incident. :)
