Hi Horst!
RC 32 means: The process cannot access the file because it is being used
by another process.
The file C:\WINNT\system32\config\SAM is (I believe) the Windows NT
security database and is a part of the registry. If a user is logged on
at the machine, this file is in use. If scheduled backups are taken
during the time a user is logged on, you should exclude this file from
the backup. The file is backed up by the registry backup step at the
beginning of a scheduled incremental backup.
