Dear All,

Has anyone had any problems using incremental backups with Oracle files
(our server is backed up while the database is down) as we have a
consultancy document from our VAR which recommends using archiving for
Oracle files to ensure consistency between data/log/control files. I
cannot see a problem with using incrementals, does anyone have any
experience of this.
