The problem is with the Exchange database. For Exchange databases larger than 
16gb
the database  goes haywire. Check Microsoft's website for possible fixes.

I was recently at a site installing adsm where each of the exchange servers 
were no

larger than 16gb, when asked why, their NT specialist knew of the problem and 
that
the
fix from Microsoft was forthcoming. It may be fixed now, again check their 
website.
