You can certainly move the client to another domain using a different
storage pool.  However, moving the client data will be difficult (might
even be impossible).  Normally, what is done is to either delete the
existing filespaces and re-backup the data, or continue the incrementals
into the new pools and wait for the old data to expire.  The problem there
is a lot of files in most environments doesn't change so will therefore
never be backed up again.

I'd probably stick with the delete filespace idea.
