Neat new stuff in this interface.  For instance, if you define a storage
pool or database volume, the interface allows you to actually create and
dsmfmt the file.  No more leaving ADSM and dsmfmt'ing the volumes and then
defining them to ADSM.  Cool.

But...  When defining a database copy volume, this does not happen, so,
since the file has not been created, the define dbcopy command fails.  I
would expect the define dbcopy command to do the same thing as the define
dbvolume command.  That is, let me specify the filename and do the create
and format of the file.

I suspect the define logcopy stuff will behave the same.  I'll be testing
that soon.

Kudos to the folks that brought us this new interface.  Way cool!  If
you're not using it, you're missing the boat!
