Gary,

The ADSM connect agent for MS-Exchange does not backup the NT file system.
The agent ONLY backs up the Exchange Database files and associated
transaction and checkpoint files.

The only way to completely restore a single mailbox is to restore the entire
information store and than extract the single mailbox to a PST file.
