Attention ADSMConnect Agent for Microsoft SQL Server users!
           ==========================================

We have just made the first PTF (IP21419) for the
ADSMConnect Agent for Microsoft SQL Server available for download.
The PTF contains fixes and also some new function.

You can download the PTF like you do all other ADSM client
service from the ADSM web site (http://www.ibm.com/storage/adsm)
or the ADSM FTP site (INDEX.STORSYS.IBM.COM).

The file information is:

  Directory:   /adsm/fixes/agents/ntsql/v1r1/

      Files:   ip21419.exe           - PTF Install Image
               ip21419.readme.1st    - PTF "README" File

Here is just a peek of what the PTF contains:

 - New Command Line Wildcard Support ('*' supported on backup)
 - New "Point in Time Restore" Feature (SQL Server 6.5 only)
 - New SQL Agent Log Pruning Option
 - Restoring to a Different SQL Server
 - Communication with SQL Server running from the Command Line
   for easier "master" database restore
 - ADSM Server Activity Log updated with start and stop of
   backup/restore
 - ADSM Server Filespace Information is updated with backup
   start/end dates
 - IC20201: Make "Wait for Tape Mounts" the default setting
 - IC20257: Erroneous message with non-English SQL Server
 - IC21548: SQL Server login password not saved
