Hi Brian,

Firstly, migrate data from disk to tape (& make sure cache on disk storage
pool is off), do a  "Update vol volser access=unavailable" on the
corresponding tape volume of the primary pool. Perform a client restore
that will request data from that primary pool tape. At this moment ADSM
should prompt you to mount the corresponding offsite tape. Thank you.
