Hi... for a while my ADSM server ran extremely slowly when multiple
clients tried running back ups at once.

If a given client had the ADSM server to itself, an incremental backup
would run in (say) 10 minutes.  A modest number of simultaneous
clients pushed that to 8 hours or more.

It turns out the database cache was not large enough.  Cache Hit Pct
was down around 80% .  The system was trashing the ADSM DB disks.
Increasing BUFPOOLSIZE in dsmserv.opt has made all backups run in
reasonable time.

So this is not directly related to this part of the thread, but
I found this to be a critical part of performance.
