You haven't told us what's going on in the client... Are you sure that its
ADSM process is running? What do you see in the client log and dsmerror.log?
Can you ping and otherwise connect from server to client?  Verified datacomm
addresses and ports?  Any firewalls in the way?  Stuff like that.
