You need have the webshell running on the server and install webshell
client
code on the machine that you want to monitor from. Then use a browser
such
as Netscape or IE.

        Hello,

I know this is slightly off topic - but on what client platforms
can
you
perform a remote restore with the B/A client on your own (admin)
computer, and
what components need to be running on the remote client? The
scheduler?

        Hi Trevor,
Did they say anything about the future of the Webshell client?
(Which lets a "help desk" do remote restores for other
clients..)
