Our ADSM system on the AS/400 seems to be going through some
major problems. Every tape it uses in the 3570-B12 returns the following

If I run an audit on the tape, everything reports back that it
is OK. ADSM has been running fine for several months. Is this an ADSM problem or
tape drive problem?
Thanks for your help,
