How difficult is the upgrade from 2 to 3?  How long will it take?  Any
gotcha's that I should be aware of?

Currently our ADSM server is an IBM SP 66MHz wide node running 4.1.5
with about 132GB of diskpool and a 3494-L12 with 2 3590 tape drives and
156 3590 tapes.  The db is currently using 69% of 5,684Mb.
