The try/buy and GA versions of the Exchange agent do indeed require that the
agent be run from the Exchange site services account.  However, there is an
update
in the Fixtest directory on our ftp server (index.storsys.ibm.com) that relaxes
this
requirement and will allow you to run the agent from an account with  local
admin authority.
