You should use dsmcutil (assuming you have ADSM V3 clients) to install multiple
scheduler clients
as NT services. When using dsmcutil, you can specify the options file to be
used as a parameter.

ADSM central scheduling
to schedule the SQL agent. Please check the list archives.
