You may have more than this going on, but I was receiving that message
recently whenever I started the NT ADSM scheduler service for a client
node. Resetting the node password (on the ADSM server side) fixed it.

I see this message fairly frequently.
Anytime I've spent time tracking it down, either the
user was trying a wrong password, or hitting 'cancel'
at the password prompt, or something along these lines.
