Could anyone shed any light on the following please?

When backing up a Netware 4.11 server ADSM reports "Unable to find
SERVER SPECIFIC INFO".

I understand from the Novell web site that server specific info is a new
resource enabling the server information to be split into 5 files for
recovery purposes, however as it is not accessible using the normal
means (explorer, Dos, Filer, NWAdmin etc. ) I'm at a loss to explain how
it could have disappeared. All this leads me to ask the question:

a) How does ADSM handle server specific info? (is it written into the
Novell Client to look for it? or does Novell report that it is there to
be backed up like a normal volume?)

b) How could ADSM be failing to find it if it is present on the Novell
server?
