Michelle,

In dsm.sys the TCPServerassress of ADSMserver must resolve to an IP
address either via DNS or a local host file. You cannot rely on your
internal DNS server since this will not normally be accessible from
outside the firewall. ADSMServer is in any case not a fully qualified
domain name (such as adsmserver.yourcompany.com). Replace ADSMServer on
this line with the IP address of your ADSM server. Betcha it'll work
then. Or place ADSMServer ipaddress in /etc/hosts of your client
machine(s).
