Stephen,

NT Workstation is restricted to ten SESSIONS from remote machines - not
connections.  Whether a client has 1 connection to the host of 50
connections to the host - it is still considered 1 session. You won't get
the same result from your experiment if you try it from over ten seperate
machines.  I quote from the MS Windows NT 4 Core Technologies Handbook:

"Windows NT Workstation has a limit of 10 incoming sessions.  For Windows NT
Server, the number of concurrent incoming sessions is limited only be the
number of client access licences".
