Has anyone setup the SNMP piece of ADSM V3 (3.1.1.3).

I am receiving failures within ADSM when trying to start SNMP. THe reason is 
that the version of SNMPD in
AIX 4.3.1 is not DPI v2 compliant so now I must find the SNMPD that is DPI 
compliant. IBM says (ADMIN Guide
section SNMP) go to this web site 
"http://www.networking.ibm.com/sha/shaaix.html"; to get the compliant SNMPD
but this site does not exist. The same site is referenced in the RED BOOK (ADSM 
V3 Technical Guide).

Has anyone been able to get SNMPD to work or even better located the SNMPD DPI 
V2 daemon.
