The only problem I had when I upgraded to 4.2.1 was that the links
     between the dsmserv and the dsmserv.42 were broken or not established,
     as well as the dsmfmt and the dsmfmt.42.  Make sure that relationship
     is there, or you will not be able to create or use 4.2.1 large
     filesystems/files.  I would check the AIX problem database for any
     other 4.2.1 issues or workarounds.

Hi,

I have a RS6000/AIX 4.1.4.0 and run ADSM server Version 2, Release 1,
Level 0.2

Now, we are planning to upgrade O/S to AIX 4.2.1.0.

Question:
    1. After upgraded to AIX4.2.1, the ADSM will be working without
problem or not?
    2. Do we have to upgrade ADSM to version 3 because of O/S upgraded?
    3. Where I can get information about upgrade ADSM to version 3.

Any comments will be approciated
