let me touch on the easy part...
     toss the old terms "full" and "incremental" in the trash
     every time adsm performs an "incremental" against a file system it has
     a "current restore set"
     say you have /afilesys on a 9.1 GB disk and it has misc subdirectories
     and files and you have adsm perform an incremental every morning at
     06:00 and it finishes by 06:30

     The 9.1 GB disk smokes at 07:00, you come in at 08:00 and after
     replacing the disk drive simply do
     nohup dsmc restore /afilesys/* -subdir=yes -pass=yourpswd &
     and walk away for a while...
