The tutorial is available from the Help menu or by clicking on the "Getting
Started" button on the hub window.  The reason you are prompted at install
is because the overview includes 4 AVI files that total about 8MB.  The
movies are a VERY basic overview of backup and restore procedures with the
GUI.
