ADSM v 3.1.1.2 server on AIX 4.2:

I've just started with ADSM, and don't understand why my (DLT) tapes aren't
filling.  "Pct. Reclaimable Space" is 0 (the machines have just done their
first ADSM dump), but a tape is used when "Pct Util" on a "Filling" tape
goes above 50%.  Status on the half-full tapes is still "Filling", and
they're still Read-Write, so it's not volume errors.

Any ideas?
