Another "usage" question...

We do not like the idea of using the "Exchange Services Account" to
perform restores because it basically gives the "keys to the kingdom" to
the person doing the restore.  Does anyone know of another Account (or
restricted method) that may be used to do a restore???

Any ideas would be appreciated.
