The reason I say that it doesn't work is that when we have run the v3 ADSM
scheduler on OS/2 2.11, it has caused the machine to crash on a daily
basis. This caused us to look through the supported configurations list on
the ADSM site, where it definitely says that only Warp is supported by ADSM
v2/3. At this point the customer decided to through in the towel!!

The ADSM v2 client should run perfectly on OS/2 2.11 (so should the v3
client, for that matter). The ADSM client is a standard OS/2 program (with
or without gooey), and the OS/2 APIs have not changed significantly since
its introduction in 1987 (unlike Windows which uses a different API in
every
release to ensure that everyone must continually upgrade all their hardware
and software).
What particularly, is preventing it from working?
