File Processed Limit..

There is no limit on files that a client may backup - indeed, there have been
reports of clients with millions of files being backed up, so that is not the
cause of the problem.
The problem *May* be that there is a problem with the file system on the
client. There have been reportings similar to yours that have been traced
back to damaged or corrupted files on the client that ADSM cannot back up.
Hope this is of help.

I'm running an ADSM V3.1.1.2 Server on AIX 4.2.0 with a v2.1.6 Client on an AIX
3.2 C10
In the last couple days whenever the backup gets to processing 19,539 files,
the backup returns an error of ANS4017E TCP/IP Error
The backup will restart again and die later with the same error when it has
processed another 19,539 files.
Attached are the DSM.SYS & DSM.OPT for the client. Anyone heard of this?
