Our NT ADSM server V3.1.2 scheduled backups were running fine last night for
several hours, then we started getting the following error constantly the
rest of the night.  No backups were started during this time, but system
processes such as migration did take place.  The only change I know of is
that earlier in the day, I extended the DB from 7.5 to 10Gig.  Can anyone
offer some ideas as to what this message means?  The Messages manual offers
no help.

ANR9999D tcpcomm.c(489): No buffer space is available. The socket cannot be
connected.
