indeed, the ptf for PQ05614 is not yet available. This is the apar for V2.
The apar for V3 is PQ13256 and is fixed at the 3.1.0.2 level which is
available via the following ptfs :
  UQ16498, UQ16499, UQ16500, UQ16501, UQ16502 & UQ16503
