Hello Sharon,

Unfortunately my news is what you don't want to hear: There is no ADSM X/Open
API for SGI IRIX. At this time I do not know if/when it will happen. If you
need this function, then I would recommend opening a formal requirement through
your local IBM account team.

Subject: API for SGI


We are looking to backup our Informix DB which resides on an SGI IRIX
6.2 system to ADSM. Has anyone done this or heard about this? We cannot
get a confirmation from IBM that their Informix API will run on an
SGI/IRIX system. Nor have I got a response from Datatools/BMC with
SQL-Backtrack.  We would like to utilize Informix's ON-Bar utility to
backup to ADSM. Any info is much appreciated!
