By all means use Cron. But be aware that the traditional Cron is a very
dumb thing, particularly around the transition to and from Daylight Savings
Time: in the spring, the wee hour 02:00 may not occur; in the fall, 02:00
may occur twice. So beware scheduling important things from 01:00-02:59.
