     We had similar problems.  We have had the SQL agent attempt a session
within the same day as - but before - the ADSM session, and the SQL fails
because the password expires and it has a problem trying to reset it.  We
have so far solved it by making sure that the ADSM session is always
scheduled before the SQL session, thereby regenerating the password.
